Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026. Please read these terms before using codaratec.com or any CodaraTec-operated service.

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and CodaraTec Inc. (“CodaraTec”, “we”), a company with its registered office in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. By accessing codaratec.com or any site we operate, you agree to these terms. If you are using a service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Scope

These terms cover the corporate website and general product pages. Individual products — 73hi.com, affipact.com and 73ly.com — may publish their own additional terms, acceptable-use rules and service-level commitments. Where those differ, the product-specific terms control for that product.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
  • interfere with or degrade the operation of the services, including through automated abuse or denial-of-service attacks;
  • upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to use;
  • reverse engineer or resell parts of the services except where permitted by law or written agreement.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content and files you bring to our services. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the requested service. Client content is never used to train machine-learning models.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep services available, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue part of a service for maintenance, security or business reasons, giving notice where practicable.

6. Intellectual property

The websites, code, designs, documentation, trademarks and branding are owned by CodaraTec Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Website content may be viewed and shared for personal, non-commercial reference provided attribution is kept and the content is not altered.

7. Project engagements

Commercial work carried out for clients is governed by the separate proposal, statement of work and confidentiality terms agreed in writing. Those documents take precedence over this page for anything related to delivery, payment and deliverables.

8. Third-party links

Our pages link to external sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CodaraTec against claims arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where these terms are breached or where continuing to serve an account creates legal or security risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
